Welcome to Halcyon Trader Funding LLC. This website and all associated prediction market products, challenge accounts, event contracts, simulated trading environments, services, tools, software, educational materials, and resources are owned and operated by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.

By accessing or using any Halcyon Trader Funding LLC prediction market services, challenge accounts, platforms, applications, websites, or related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or rules published by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.

This Agreement is effective as of May 25, 2026.

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or amend this Agreement and any Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Prediction Market Challenge Accounts

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may provide users access to prediction market challenge accounts, evaluation accounts, simulated event contract environments, or similar products.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Prediction market challenge accounts may utilize simulated, demo, virtual, or proprietary environments.
• Participation in any challenge, event market, or account does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, wagering services, gambling services, commodities trading services, or securities services.
• All event contracts, market prices, probabilities, pricing models, payout structures, and settlement mechanics are determined solely at the discretion of Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.
• Participation in the Services involves substantial risk. No guarantee of profitability, success, qualification, payout, or future opportunity is made or implied.
• Users are solely responsible for understanding all risks associated with participation.
• Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may modify, suspend, invalidate, reverse, cancel, or remove any market, event contract, account, payout, ranking, challenge, or position at any time for compliance, technical, integrity, operational, regulatory, or risk management reasons.
• Users acknowledge that outcomes of event contracts may be determined using third-party data providers, public information, official sources, exchange feeds, governing bodies, or other sources selected solely by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.
• All event settlements and market resolutions made by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC shall be final and binding.

Eligibility Requirements

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age required within your jurisdiction.
• Your participation is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or local restriction.
• You are not located in, accessing from, or acting on behalf of any restricted jurisdiction prohibited by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.
• You are not using VPNs, proxies, spoofing tools, emulators, automation tools, or identity masking technologies to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• All registration information provided is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the right to deny access, terminate accounts, restrict participation, request verification documents, or permanently ban any user at its sole discretion.

Responsible Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

Users shall not:

• Manipulate, exploit, abuse, or attempt to unfairly influence any event contract, market outcome, challenge account, ranking system, payout structure, or platform functionality.
• Coordinate with other users, groups, organizations, or third parties for the purpose of collusion, market manipulation, payout exploitation, or platform abuse.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, AI systems, APIs, scraping tools, click automation, or unattended software unless expressly authorized in writing by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with platform operations, overload servers, or bypass security systems.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, bonus abuse, payout circumvention, challenge manipulation, or restriction evasion.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, identity fraud, account sharing, account selling, or impersonation.
• Post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing content on any Halcyon communication platform.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of payouts, permanent bans, legal action, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Event Resolution and Market Settlement

All event markets, challenge contracts, and prediction outcomes shall be resolved exclusively by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC using data sources, methodologies, and procedures selected at its sole discretion.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Event resolutions may be delayed, modified, corrected, overturned, or voided due to technical issues, reporting errors, source discrepancies, integrity concerns, market irregularities, force majeure events, or compliance obligations.
• Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may suspend, cancel, reverse, or void any market or contract affected by suspicious activity, manipulation, technical malfunction, bad data, pricing errors, latency issues, or operational concerns.
• Temporary pricing discrepancies, display issues, outages, stale data, feed interruptions, and settlement delays may occur.
• Event settlement decisions made by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC are final and not subject to appeal except where required by law.

Technical Risks and Platform Availability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, pricing accuracy, data continuity, server uptime, execution speed, event feed reliability, or error-free operation.

Users acknowledge that technical interruptions may occur, including but not limited to:

• Server outages
• Exchange outages
• Third-party feed failures
• Latency
• Delayed settlements
• Pricing errors
• Software bugs
• Internet disruptions
• Cyberattacks
• Force majeure events

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC shall not be liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, account impacts, or payout disputes arising from such issues.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and AML Policies

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC maintains strict Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and compliance monitoring procedures.

Users agree that Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may:

• Verify identity and geographic location
• Request government-issued identification
• Request proof of address or source of funds
• Monitor transactions and account activity
• Suspend accounts pending review
• Report suspicious activity to authorities
• Deny or revoke access at any time

Failure to comply with compliance requests may result in account suspension, payout forfeiture, or permanent termination.

No Financial Advice

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, wagering advice, or fiduciary services.

All information, educational materials, commentary, analytics, social content, probabilities, rankings, market data, and platform content are provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, participate in, or take any action regarding any financial product, security, commodity, event contract, or prediction market.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halcyon Trader Funding LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of the Services
• Inability to access the Services
• Technical interruptions
• Account restrictions
• Event settlement decisions
• Payout denials
• Pricing discrepancies
• Market cancellations
• User conduct
• Third-party actions
• Regulatory actions
• Data inaccuracies

Total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the user to Halcyon Trader Funding LLC within the preceding thirty (30) days.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Halcyon Trader Funding LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, and legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your fraudulent or abusive conduct
• Disputes involving your account or activities

Termination and Enforcement

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, limit, terminate, or permanently ban any user or account at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Reasons for enforcement may include but are not limited to:

• Suspicious activity
• Abuse of platform mechanics
• Manipulation
• Collusion
• Payment disputes
• Regulatory concerns
• Compliance failures
• Harmful conduct
• Reputational risks
• Excessive operational risk

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may also cancel payouts, void contracts, freeze balances, or remove challenge progress associated with prohibited conduct.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from or related to the Services shall be brought exclusively within Oakland County, Michigan.

Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.

Users waive any right to participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, representative claims, or jury trials.

Arbitration shall occur in Oakland County, Michigan unless otherwise determined by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing or accessing any Services, users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.

Users agree to first contact Halcyon Trader Funding LLC support to attempt good-faith resolution of any billing issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent account bans
• Forfeiture of balances or payouts
• Collections activity
• Legal action
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Halcyon Trader Funding LLC regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or communications.
