Halcyon Arena Participant Agreement

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in the Halcyon Arena, a daily simulated trading competition operated by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC (“Halcyon,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, represent, and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and all applicable terms, rules, policies, disclosures, and agreements governing Halcyon Trader Funding and the Halcyon Arena.

For purposes of this Agreement, an “Arena Session” means the applicable Halcyon Arena futures trading session beginning at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and concluding at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the following calendar day, unless otherwise specified by Halcyon for a particular Arena competition. The Halcyon Arena is a daily simulated trading competition conducted during defined Arena Sessions, and each Arena account is valid solely for the applicable Arena Session and will expire at the conclusion of that Arena Session. Arena accounts are not permanent, recurring, or continuing trading accounts and do not create any entitlement to continued access beyond the applicable Arena Session.

To be eligible to participate in the Halcyon Arena, a Participant must have an active evaluation or funded account with Halcyon Trader Funding at the time of participation, and Halcyon reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant who does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.

The Halcyon Arena prize pool is funded by a split of qualifying Arena purchases after applicable affiliate or promoter commissions have been deducted, with a portion retained by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC. The final prize pool for each Arena competition may therefore vary based upon the total qualifying purchases and applicable commissions.

The top most profitable ten percent (10%) of eligible Participants, based upon the close of the applicable Arena Session, may qualify for prize consideration, provided that such Participant has complied with all applicable Arena rules, account requirements, verification requirements, and other terms governing participation. Qualification within the top ten percent (10%) does not independently guarantee payment, and Halcyon reserves the right to review competition results, account activity, eligibility, and compliance before issuing any prize.

Arena prize payments are issued through Rise, and any Participant qualifying for a prize must successfully complete all identity, account, tax, payment, and other verification requirements required by Rise and/or Halcyon before payment can be issued. The email address associated with the Participant’s Halcyon account shall be the final and controlling email address for Arena prize payment purposes, the Rise payment invitation will be sent to the email address on file, and Halcyon will not change, substitute, transfer, or modify the payment email address for the purpose of facilitating an Arena prize payment. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and that they are capable of successfully completing the required Rise verification process.

If a Participant is unable to successfully complete Rise verification, is unable to establish or maintain a qualifying Rise account, provides inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or fraudulent information, fails any required verification process, or otherwise becomes unable to receive payment through Rise, the applicable Arena reward will not be honored or paid. Any reward that becomes invalid, forfeited, unclaimed, or otherwise unavailable for payment due to the Participant’s failure to satisfy the applicable requirements will not be returned to, redistributed through, or added back into the Arena prize pool and will instead be retained by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.

Arena trading is conducted in a simulated trading environment, and participation does not constitute ownership of real market positions, securities, commodities, futures contracts, or other financial instruments. Participants are required to comply with all Arena trading rules, account restrictions, platform requirements, prohibited trading practices, eligibility requirements, and other rules communicated by Halcyon, and Halcyon reserves the right to disqualify any Participant, void competition results, terminate an Arena account, or withhold a reward where Halcyon determines that a Participant has violated applicable rules or engaged in prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, deceptive, or otherwise disqualifying conduct.

All Halcyon Arena purchases are one-time purchases and are not subscription-based or subject to automatic recurring billing. Arena purchases, account fees, entry fees, reset fees, and any other fees associated with Halcyon services are non-refundable. By completing an Arena purchase, you acknowledge that billing occurs immediately at the time of purchase, that the transaction is a one-time purchase, and that there is no cancellation period or recurring subscription to cancel. No partial refund, cancellation, credit, reimbursement, or other payment adjustment will be provided merely because a Participant does not use an Arena account, does not complete the competition, does not achieve a qualifying result, is disqualified, or otherwise chooses not to participate after purchase.

By purchasing an Arena account or any other Halcyon product or service, you agree not to initiate an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, fraudulent payment dispute, or other improper reversal of a transaction through your bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or other financial institution concerning a transaction that you authorized. If you believe a transaction was made in error or that an issue exists with a purchase, you agree to contact Halcyon directly so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved through the Company’s established support process. Any unauthorized chargeback, fraudulent dispute, or improper payment reversal may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the Participant’s Arena account and any other Halcyon accounts associated with the Participant, forfeiture of unpaid rewards or credits where permitted by applicable law, revocation of access to Halcyon websites, platforms, products, and services, and permanent restriction from future participation or purchases. Halcyon reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to recover chargeback fees, processing costs, administrative expenses, legal expenses, penalties, and other costs incurred as a result of an improper payment reversal or payment dispute. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and may not use false, misleading, fraudulent, or third-party information in connection with an Arena account or prize claim. Halcyon may require additional information or documentation to verify identity, eligibility, account ownership, payment information, or compliance before issuing any reward, and failure to provide requested information or successfully complete verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable reward. Halcyon may suspend, terminate, or disqualify any Participant for violation of this Agreement, applicable Arena rules, Halcyon Terms of Service, payment requirements, verification requirements, or any other applicable policy, and termination or disqualification does not create a right to a refund.

This Agreement is intended to operate together with all other applicable Halcyon Trader Funding terms, conditions, policies, rules, disclosures, agreements, website provisions, checkout disclosures, dashboard terms, Arena rules, and other requirements published or made available by Halcyon through its website, trading platforms, customer dashboard, Arena interface, or other official Halcyon services, and by purchasing or participating in the Halcyon Arena, you agree to abide by and be bound by all such applicable terms, policies, rules, disclosures, and agreements, as they may be updated from time to time. In the event that an Arena-specific provision expressly conflicts with a general Halcyon term, the Arena-specific provision will control with respect to the applicable Arena participation. Halcyon reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or change an Arena competition, including its rules, eligibility requirements, prize structure, payment procedures, or other program terms, and participation in the Arena constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms governing the competition.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halcyon Trader Funding LLC shall not be responsible for losses, delays, interruptions, technical failures, third-party payment failures, verification failures, platform outages, internet failures, or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control that affect participation, competition results, eligibility, or payment.

By purchasing an Arena account or participating in the Halcyon Arena, you expressly acknowledge that the Arena is a daily simulated trading competition conducted during defined Arena Sessions, that each Arena account is valid only for the applicable Arena Session, that an Arena Session begins at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and concludes at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the following calendar day unless otherwise specified by Halcyon, that prize eligibility is determined according to the applicable Arena rules and ranking criteria, that the top ten percent (10%) of eligible Participants may qualify for prize consideration, that the prize pool is established according to the prize-pool and Company retention split described herein, that prize payments are issued through Rise, that the email address on file with Halcyon is final for Rise payment purposes and will not be changed for the purpose of receiving an Arena prize, that failure to successfully complete required Rise verification may result in forfeiture of an applicable reward, that any forfeited or invalid reward will not be returned to the Arena prize pool and will instead be retained by Halcyon, that Arena purchases are one-time transactions and are non-refundable, that unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account termination, disqualification, loss of access, and other remedies available to Halcyon, and that you agree to comply with this Agreement and all other applicable Halcyon Trader Funding terms, conditions, policies, rules, disclosures, and agreements.

By completing your purchase or otherwise participating in the Halcyon Arena, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these terms, understand their meaning and effect, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by them.
