Prediction Market Platform Access & Subscription Agreement

All Prediction Market Accounts, challenge accounts, simulated market access accounts, subscription products, platform access products, evaluation products, data access services, and any related services offered by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC are provided on a subscription based billing model and require an active recurring subscription in order to maintain access to the platform, accounts, dashboards, data feeds, services, and any related features. By purchasing or accessing any Prediction Market product or service from Halcyon Trader Funding LLC, the user expressly authorizes Halcyon Trader Funding LLC and its payment processors to automatically charge the payment method placed on file on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled by the user in accordance with the company's cancellation procedures.

The user understands and agrees that recurring subscription billing does not reset, refresh, restore, replenish, increase, or modify any account balance, account standing, simulated balance, statistics, progress, status, payout eligibility, or account conditions unless expressly stated by the company in writing. Subscription payments are solely for continued access to the services, software, infrastructure, market access environment, dashboards, analytics, and related systems provided by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC.

The user understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for maintaining an active subscription and for paying all fees associated with the continued use of any Prediction Market account or service, including but not limited to subscription fees, exchange fees, data fees, technology fees, platform fees, administrative fees, reset fees, activation fees, evaluation fees, upgrade fees, payout processing fees, withdrawal fees, taxes, banking fees, processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any additional charges associated with accessing or maintaining the services. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension, restriction, forfeiture, deactivation, liquidation, archival, or permanent closure of accounts, balances, statistics, progress, simulated positions, or access rights at the sole discretion of Halcyon Trader Funding LLC without notice or liability.

All sales are final. All subscription payments, renewals, account purchases, activation fees, reset fees, upgrades, exchange fees, platform fees, data fees, administrative fees, and any other charges associated with Prediction Market services are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances and with no exceptions whatsoever, including but not limited to user dissatisfaction, lack of usage, trading performance, technical issues outside the company's control, misunderstanding of the platform, accidental purchases, forgotten renewals, inability to trade, internet failures, market volatility, exchange outages, software issues, payout denials, account rule violations, geographic restrictions, payment processor issues, banking delays, or termination of services by either party.

By registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any services provided by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that billing occurs immediately upon signup and automatically recurs on the selected billing cycle unless canceled prior to the next billing date. The user acknowledges and agrees that it is solely their responsibility to manage their subscription status, payment methods, billing information, renewal dates, and account access. The company is under no obligation to provide reminders, warnings, confirmations, or notices prior to charging the payment method on file. The user further agrees that failed payments, declined transactions, expired cards, banking restrictions, or insufficient funds do not waive or eliminate amounts owed to the company and may result in account suspension, termination, collections activity, or permanent loss of access to services.

By purchasing any products or services from Halcyon Trader Funding LLC, the user expressly agrees not to initiate or attempt any chargeback, payment reversal, fraudulent dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, ACH reversal, bank dispute, cardholder dispute, or payment processor complaint for any reason whatsoever. Any attempt to reverse or dispute a charge constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all accounts, services, subscriptions, balances, simulated accounts, payout eligibility, profits, credits, and platform access associated with the user or any related accounts identified by the company. In the event of a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or fraudulent claim, Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the absolute right to immediately close all associated accounts, permanently ban the user from all current and future services, revoke access to all platforms and systems, liquidate or forfeit any balances, profits, credits, statistics, simulated gains, or pending payouts associated with the account, and recover all losses, damages, fees, penalties, administrative costs, processor fines, legal expenses, attorney fees, collection costs, investigative expenses, and any related amounts incurred by the company as a result of the dispute.

The user expressly agrees that Halcyon Trader Funding LLC may retain any and all balances, credits, profits, simulated profits, payouts, or funds otherwise associated with the account in order to offset such losses or liabilities, even where such amounts exceed the original disputed amount. The user further agrees that any unpaid balances owed to the company may be referred to collections, legal proceedings, arbitration, or any other lawful recovery process available to the company.

Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to modify pricing, subscription fees, exchange fees, services offered, account structures, payout structures, account rules, trading rules, prediction market rules, platform access rules, inactivity policies, billing cycles, payment terms, eligibility requirements, or any aspect of the services without prior notice. The company further reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, limit, terminate, or permanently ban access to any user, account, subscription, IP address, household, device, payment method, or entity for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to suspected abuse, excessive disputes, fraud risk, regulatory concerns, suspicious activity, market manipulation, coordinated activity, exploitation of promotions, abuse of payouts, violation of platform rules, violation of applicable laws, use of VPNs or masking technologies, multiple account abuse, payment fraud, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct the company believes may expose it to operational, financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.

The user understands and agrees that Prediction Market accounts and services offered by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC are for entertainment, educational, evaluation, analytical, and simulated market participation purposes unless otherwise expressly stated by the company in writing and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, guaranteed opportunities, guaranteed profits, employment, securities offerings, banking services, commodity trading advice, or any promise of future earnings or success. Results will vary significantly between users, and there are absolutely no guarantees of profitability, payouts, account approval, account retention, or success of any kind. The user assumes all risk associated with use of the services and agrees that Halcyon Trader Funding LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or financial damages arising from the use of the platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, missed trades, exchange outages, pricing inaccuracies, software interruptions, billing interruptions, technical failures, internet outages, third-party service failures, delayed market data, suspended services, regulatory actions, account closures, denied payouts, or platform downtime.

By proceeding with purchase, registration, subscription, or use of the services, the user acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety and agrees that these terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and Halcyon Trader Funding LLC enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
